1.PURPOSE OF COVAIRE
Covaire is a private membership community designed to facilitate meaningful introductions and curated social experiences.
Covaire does not guarantee:
- Romantic success
- Relationships
- Marriage
- Long-term partnership
- Compatibility between members
2.MEMBERSHIP
Membership is by application and approval.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Covaire reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate memberships at its discretion.
3.COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Members and applicants are expected to:
- Provide accurate information
- Behave respectfully
- Treat others with dignity
- Respect privacy and confidentiality
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Discrimination
- Misrepresentation
- Unwanted advances
- Sharing another person’s information without consent
4.EVENTS
Covaire may organise events and gatherings.
Attendance is voluntary.
Participants are responsible for their own conduct and personal safety.
5.NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Covaire provides access to a curated community and opportunities for connection.
We do not guarantee:
- Matches
- Introductions
- Relationships
- Event attendance outcomes
6.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Covaire branding, logos, content, text, graphics, and materials remain the property of Covaire.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
7.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covaire shall not be liable for:
- Personal decisions made by members
- Interactions between members
- Event outcomes
- Relationship outcomes
- Indirect or consequential losses
8.TERMINATION
Covaire may suspend or terminate access to its services at any time if community standards are breached.
9.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
